Why we built the cart around dates

Events run on a schedule. Recording a due date and pickup time beside each cake reduces last-minute confusion and helps the kitchen sequence production fairly.

This sample site shows how a bakery might let clients review line items, adjust quantities, and confirm contact details before any payment step in production.
